As a general rule, we only serve business customers. These range from resellers to industrial companies. The minimum order value is €250 for Germany, €500 for European customers and €5,000 for orders from outside the EU.

If your order consists of no more than three parcels, we will dispatch them via DPD, GLS or DHL. Larger orders are packed onto pallets, which are collected daily by our logistics partners.

As we work with a wide range of delivery companies, we are always able to choose the best option for every shipment. Our aim is to pass on the most competitive price to you. For further details, please refer to our delivery and payment information.

You can pay for your order by bank transfer once you have received a Proforma Invoice. This ensures that the items are in stock and reserved for you. We also offer payment on account by arrangement.

For customers in Germany, we require a minimum order value of €250. We deliver internationally for orders of €500 or more (overseas minimum €5,000).

Once you have been registered with us as a new customer, you can place your order by email or by phone. For existing customers, we offer our B2B online shop. We will provide you with your login details on demand.

We ship throughout Germany and Europe using reputable freight forwarders such as Kühne+Nagel, DSV (Schenker), Raben, Dachser, Gebrüder Weiss and Scherbauer, as well as parcel services DPD, GLS and DHL. For further information, please see our Shipping and Payment page.

We have all standard models in stock and can usually dispatch your order on the same day. Exact delivery times vary depending on the parcel service or freight carrier. The destination country is also a key factor.
